• Prior Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Fluent with technology
• Strong Communication Skills with the ability to carefully listen ensuring every customer feels valued and welcomed

• Billing and POS system knowledge

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations
• State ID and reliable transportation
Elite Mobile Expert Responsibilities
• Interpretation of KPI reporting along with building the culture, hitting Store Goals and Quota
• Maintaining Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
• Resolving customer concerns and escalations with excellent customer service
• Building local community relationships
• Making sure all operational duties are completed and in full compliance
