The Retail Store Manager will have the opportunity to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for our customers. From coaching and developing our Mobile Experts, to driving sales and excel in performance goals. They will oversee all aspects of their individual store, while growing

Elite Store Manager Qualifications
 

• Prior experience in Sales Management and Customer Service within the wireless industry or other similar field is required

• Proven ability to hit personal sales goals

• Fluent with technology

• Billing and POS system knowledge

• Verbal business communication

• Problem-solving using analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills

• Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations

• Resolving conflicts with employees and customers

• Leadership skills to drive a positive sales-driven environment

• Open availability, with immediate response to any store emergency

• State ID and Reliable transportation

Elite Retail Store Manager Responsibilities

• Interpretation of KPIs reporting along with building the culture, hitting Store Goals and Quota

• Being able to delegate task to Mobile Experts

• Maintaining Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures

• Consistently demonstrating Excellent Leadership and coaching skills

• Analyze Performance in order to maximize sales

• Resolving customer concerns and escalations with excellent customer service

• Building local community relationships

• Maintaining a healthy and positive work culture

• Making sure all operational duties are completed and in full compliance,

           Pay:              Competitive Hourly Pay

            Reports to District Manager

           Supervises: Mobile Experts
