METRO BY T MOBILE District Manager will receive the following benefits:

METRO BY T MOBILE Store Manager Responsibilities:
 

· Sales and Customer Experience

· Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills

· Supervise store personnel to meet and exceed assigned goals for: customer experience, sales, reputation, and productivity

· Oversee in-store experience – Act as Floor General

· Develop local community relationships

· Operational duties: scheduling, hiring, inventory, and merchandising

· Disciplinary action
 

  METRO BY T- MOBILE Store Manager Qualifications:
 

· Prior experience in Sales and Customer Service within the wireless industry or other relatable field is required

· Management experience is preferred

· METRO BY T- MOBILE or other wireless retail experience is preferred

· Proven ability to hit personal sales goals

· Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill

· Fluent with technology

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Billing and POS systems knowledge

· Open availability, including availability to respond to a store emergency

· Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
 

   Job Type: Full-time

   Pay: $12 - $17 per hour based on experience
